Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description

This Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, including non-PO and 3-way match transactions, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The specialist will also manage document retention tasks, such as scanning and organizing financial records, and assist with ACH verification processes to support secure and timely payments.

ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices accurately, including non-PO and 3-way match transactions.Ensure compliance and accuracy in all invoice processing tasks.Manage document retention by scanning and organizing financial records.Assist with ACH verification processes to ensure secure and timely payments.Maintain vendor records and ensure up-to-date information.Work within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.Essential SkillsProficiency in invoice processing and vendor maintenance.Experience working with spreadsheets and creating simple formulas in Excel.Proficiency within a large-scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or NetSuite.2+ years of experience processing 30+ invoices a day.2+ years of vendor maintenance experience.2+ years of experience working with purchase orders.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with 3-way match.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.Ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel.Work Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring 32 hours per week. The work schedule can be Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. After initial training, there is flexibility to work either Monday or Friday from home.

This is a Contract position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
