Job Description
This role is focused on providing a warm and professional first impression, managing the front desk, and offering administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations and excellent customer service for clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars, file, photocopy, perform data entry, and prepare documents.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain the reception area, common areas such as the kitchen and conference rooms, and ensure supplies are stocked and tidy.Monitor front desk access and adhere to safety procedures.Assist other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.Essential Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.13/hr.
