4817 Contracts Advisor II

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a 4817 Contracts Advisor II to join their team. As a 4817 Contracts Advisor II, you will be part of the Contracts Management Department supporting Legal, Sales, and Program Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, systems-mindedness, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contracts Advisor II

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $32.50-$38.50 

What's the Job?

Partner closely with Legal, Sales, and Program Management teams to design and operationalize efficient Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Project manage cross-functional teams to execute priority sales deals, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of objectives. Develop and improve CLM workflows that simplify intake, standardize templates, and streamline approvals to reduce cycle time. Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and promote successful adoption of CLM practices across the enterprise. Author and maintain contracting artifacts such as playbooks, clause libraries, and process maps to facilitate easy adoption and compliance.

What's Needed?

5+ years of experience in a corporate in-house environment working directly with Legal and Sales stakeholders. Strong knowledge of contract processes including intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, and storage. Exceptional attention to detail and initiative to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. Experience with CLM platforms (Agiloft preferred, not required). Clear, concise communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
