**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker to provide medium industrial services. This role involves tasks such as carton picking, shrink-wrapping pallets, and moving palletized material using Material Handling Equipment (MHE). MHE may include manual or electric pallet jacks. This position typically requires familiarity with a warehouse or distribution environment, the ability to operate a pallet jack, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and good reading, writing, and communication skills. **Responsibilities** + Perform carton picking, which involves frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling. + Shrink-wrap pallets and ensure secure packaging. + Move palletized materials using manual or electric pallet jacks. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow safety protocols and procedures. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating manual and electric pallet jacks. + Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Good reading, writing, and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication, offering opportunities to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The work environment is typical of a warehouse, requiring the use of Material Handling Equipment and adherence to safety standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Walnut, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
