Job Description:

Operates and monitors coating machines used to apply coatings to jumbo rolls, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production. Responsible for meeting established weekly, monthly, and annual output targets by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. This position works 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform in a continuous production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate a coating machine and produce the correctly coated ink ribbon.Load new rolls onto machineMeasuring and mixing chemicalsKeeping adequate amounts of mixing materials in the mixing area at all timesLabeling jumbo rolls and moving to the storage rackPalletize rolls when necessary

Education: High School/GED

High School Diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Able to lift 50lbs
