3rd Shift Tumbler Operator
**Job Title: 3rd Shift Tumbler Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a 3rd Shift Tumbler Operator to work from 10pm to 6:30am. The position requires removing heavy flash lines and surface defects from silicone and Fluor silicone products using Rock or Centrifugal Tumblers. Training will be provided on either the 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm) or 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm), with flexibility for the candidate to choose. 1st shift - $19/hr 2nd shift - $20/hr 3rd shift - $21/hr **Responsibilities** + Efficiently finish products delivered to the work area. + Follow prescribed procedures for finishing different product types. + Assist in managing workflow. + Load and unload Tumblers. + Separate product from tumble media using sort tables. + Maintain product separation and traceability. + Record process information on MO cards. + Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning. + Learn other finishing functions. + Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices. + Implement health and safety policies in daily activities. + Perform other related duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + General production and labor skills. + Ability to lift 35-50 lbs daily. + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Eager and positive attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry level position with no experience or resume required. + Past production/manufacturing experience is a plus. + Spanish language proficiency is acceptable. + Desire to work long-term in manufacturing and grow with the company. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a great entry into the manufacturing industry with excellent training and growth opportunities. The facility adheres to ITAR regulations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
