**3rd Shift Supervisor (UP TO 95K)** **Responsibilities** + Collaborate cross-departmentally to improve employee safety, production quality, equipment reliability, and equipment effectiveness. + Supervise maintenance and capital projects. + Maintain production systems, utilities, buildings, and grounds. + Create a preventative maintenance schedule and implement corrective actions based on KPI's. + Ensure that all utilities (i.e. refrigeration, electrical, steam, compressed air systems, etc.) are in proper working order to support production. + Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure corporate policies and standards are followed. + Maintain documentation on PLCs, instrumentation, and equipment (PLC ladder logic, blueprints, manuals, SOPs, maintenance procedures, PM's, and inventory purchasing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within Food/Beverage manufacturing or equivalent education/experience. + Previous supervisory experience required. + Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers/refrigeration, PLC's, electrical, ammonia compressors, and packaging equipment. + Electrical systems and troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, and understanding ladder logic. **Why Work Here?** -All tools and PPE are provided. Training will be on 1st shift for roughly 1 month. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
