Job Description
Work in a dynamic production environment focused on creating food products. Engage in various tasks including boxing, stacking, loading, and unloading products, while ensuring efficient operation of production lines.
ResponsibilitiesBox and stack food products on production lines.Load and unload products into and from machines.Palletize products and wrap them securely.Handle boxes weighing 15-20 pounds, loading them onto machines or stacking them on pallets.Open boxes of empty glass bottles and feed them into production machines.Work at the end of the line, grabbing and palletizing boxes.Essential SkillsAbility to lift 15-20 pounds.Capability to remain on feet for shifts of 10-12 hours.Teamwork skills to work effectively on a production line.Experience with high-speed production lines.Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day.Adhere to all GMP practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with warehouse, general labor, and production line tasks.Familiarity with pallet jacks, packing, and palletizing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Operate in a food manufacturing environment with temperature variations—cold in winter, warm in summer. Work near heat-emitting machinery and strong food-related smells. Stand for extended shifts of 10 or 12 hours. Wear provided gloves, beard nets, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses; bring your own steel-toe boots. Don a royal blue shirt provided by the employer. Collaborate with teams of 10-20 people on production lines, with up to 200 people in the warehouse during peak seasons. Interact in a multilingual environment with Spanish and Haitian Creole speakers. Enjoy access to personal lockers and a well-equipped break room.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25/hr.
