**Job Title: 3** **rd** **Shift Roll Clamp Operator** **Location: Fullerton, CA 92831** **Pay Rate: $27.24 Hourly** **What’s in it for you?** + Full time hours + Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday with OT + 3 rd Shift 9:30pm- 6:00am + **Must be Flexible on working on all 3 shifts** + Overtime is mandatory 4 hours before or after the shift (12hr shifts)- working 6 days a week + Location: Fullerton, CA + Temporary to hire, based on performance + Option to take free college courses and skills training **What is the job?** + Manufacturing Experience + Operate a roll clamp forklift to safely clamp, transport, and position paper rolls for machine feeding and truck loading/unloading. + Inspect and verify roll tags to ensure correct materials are delivered to machines or staged for shipment. + Feed the corrugator or other converting machines with the correct roll stock per job specifications and schedule. + Perform routine safety checks and report any mechanical issues with the roll clamp or forklift equipment. + Maintain accurate paperwork for roll movement and inventory tracking. + Coordinate with machine operators and shipping staff to ensure timely roll changes and product flow. + Comply with all safety procedures related to clamp operation and material handling. + Assist in inventory counts and staging areas organization as needed. + Attention to Detail and quality are crucial + Maintaining a clean work environment **What you bring to the job?** + **3+ years of RECENT experience operating a** **roll clamp forklift in a manufacturing** **or warehouse environment (preferably in corrugated or paper industries).** + Ability to identify, read, and interpret roll tags, work orders, and job tickets. + Strong safety awareness and experience working around heavy machinery. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. + Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen + High School diploma or GED + Able to work any shift, holidays, weekends, overtime as needed or rotating shifts as needed. + Able to work in a loud/noisy, hot, dusty, greasy, and high-volume environment Are you Interested?
