**Job Title: Packer** Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals with experience in packing to join our team. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and stand for long periods, with rotations every two hours. You will be responsible for packing materials as they come off the production machine, building boxes, and staging materials for shipping in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills + Experience in packing and fast-paced production environments. + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. + Capability to stand for extended periods. + Strong communication skills to interact with leads, supervisors, and managers. + Ability to read SOPs and work orders. + Proficiency in using a computer to access work instructions. Work Environment This position is for the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7am, in a medical device company's cleanroom environment. Candidates must be comfortable wearing cleanroom attire, including hairnets, eye protection, and cleanroom gowns. The environment requires wearing close-toed shoes, and personal items can be stored in provided lockers.
