3rd Shift Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler who can efficiently assemble fabricated metal enclosures using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will repair and rework assemblies, ensuring a thorough and high-quality output.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble fabricated metal enclosures using hand and power tools.Repair and rework assemblies efficiently while ensuring thorough quality.Operate power and hand tools, measuring devices, and instruments used for assembly.Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, tape measures (SAE & Metric), and other written instructions or procedures.Complete troubleshooting steps for mechanical equipment per inspection procedure guidelines.Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the production area as required.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.Experience with tape measures (SAE & Metric).Mechanical assembly and machine assembly skills.Forklift operation experience.Welding knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with troubleshooting mechanical equipment.Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
