Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role operates from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with current work hours ranging from 50-55 hours per week, including most Saturdays. As we expand our team, we aim to reduce overtime. This position offers a shift premium for 3rd shift and is ideal for a higher-level maintenance technician ready to lead.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on all manufacturing equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing-related equipment.Adhere to safety requirements and ensure all protocols are followed.Safely troubleshoot live electrical panels.Participate actively in problem-solving groups and lean manufacturing activities.Contribute to the maintenance department's efforts in achieving key performance measures.Continuously learn to support various processes, such as thermal forming, adhesive application, molding, isocyanate foam handling, high-pressure water usage, and assembly processes.Operate powered industrial trucks, aerial lifts, and cranes.Edit and modify control programs on programmable devices, with training provided if necessaryAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience repairing robotic machines is a plus.Basic controls experience is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is based in a well-lit, tier 1 manufacturing plant that primarily supports major automotive manufacturers. The facility utilizes advanced processes such as polybond and thermobond, with equipment including edgefold, waterjet cutters, and robotic spray booths. While the plant may become warm in the summer, it provides a smooth operational environment. Maintenance tasks may involve working around grease, water, hydraulic oil, isocyanates, heat, and fiberglass.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
