**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - Night Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment in our plant, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. The successful candidate will possess basic knowledge of compressed air systems, chilled water, recycled water, city water systems, electrical distribution panels, and primary circuit breakers, and will be responsible for covering emergency breakdowns and repairs promptly. **Essential Skills** + Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. + Basic welding and fabricating skills. + Adequate computer skills to use SAP for generating work orders and tracking labor. + Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Experience in industrial maintenance, including preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and machine repair. Employees work night shifts from 5pm to 5am, alternating between 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next week, with every other weekend off. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75379.00 - $84510.00/yr. Medical/Dental/Vision – eligible on day 1 Vacation eligible first year (pro-rated); second year 80 hours (willing to negotiate vacation in offer) Floating Holiday eligible first year (pro-rated); second year 24 hours Paid Holidays (time and half for all hours worked on Company observed federal holiday) 401K matching up to 4%; annual employer contribution 3% (if employee contributes 4%, Westlake will match that plus the 3% they already contribute.
