Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting the maintenance and functionality of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, effective management abilities, and a solid technical background which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
**Location:** Brookville, OH
**Shift:** Mon to Friday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage and supervise support personnel, including skilled trades and subcontractors, ensuring efficient operations.
+ Investigate, plan, manage, and implement projects as directed by management.
+ Conduct safe operating tours to ensure proper functioning of building systems.
+ Communicate regularly with building occupants regarding project statuses and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
+ Provide supervisory coverage for all departments and assist in training and vacation coverage as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 3 - 5 years of industry experience in a supervisory role.
+ Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and HVAC systems.
+ Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
+ Experience working in a unionized environment.
