Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 6-10 maintenance technicians and focus on leading rather than hands-on maintenance. You will be responsible for organizing data entry and collection related to machine repairs, parts, orders, and preventative maintenance schedules. The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities to guide and lead technicians towards effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 6-10 maintenance technicians.Organize data entry and collection on machine repairs, parts, orders, and preventative maintenance schedules.Work 5-10 hours a day, including potential Saturdays every other weekend, with Sundays dedicated to preventative maintenance if required.Utilize mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to guide and lead technicians.Collaborate with engineering techs, maintenance, management, production, and supervision to ensure machine uptime.Oversee daily maintenance on hydraulics, robotics, mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.Delegate tasks from management to grow experience in the role.

This is a Permanent position based out of NORTH BALTIMORE, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
