Temp-to-Hire position$16.90 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Sunday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)Operate and monitor production machines to ensure consistent, high?quality output.Inspect finished parts and perform basic measurements to confirm they meet specifications.Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.Perform basic machine adjustments and communicate any mechanical issues to the team.Package, label, and document completed products according to production requirements.3rd Shift Machine Operator - Night Shift Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).Previous manufacturing or machine?operation experience preferred but not required; willing to train.Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions.Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd?shift hours consistently.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
