Direct Hire position$61,880.00 to $78,520.00 /annuallyThird Shift

3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Tech

Follows safe practices at all times Presents alternative solutions for repairing equipment to minimize downtimeDisassembles mechanical components of a machine in order to clean and lubricate points of friction to prevent breakdowns.Tracks common downtime events in order to begin predictive maintenance on equipment and replace components prior to failure.Identifies visual cues relating to wear and corrects problemsResponsible for all electrical and electronic PM activities.Troubleshoot and properly diagnose mechanical failures using the following tools and processes:Diagrams Basic ladder logicSkilled use of tools such as welding, machining and common hand and electrical toolsSets up various machines and work cells as specified by engineering, work orders and blueprints based on requests. Installs special functional and structural parts in devises.Maintains inventory of repair parts for routine repairs and suggests items that should be in stock. 

3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience in a machining environment that includes grinders and lathes or equivalent technical training.A high school diploma or equivalent with solid mechanical knowledge is required.Vocational training in a machine-related area is strongly preferred.
