Job Title: 2nd and 3rd Shift Forklift OperatorsDirect Hire: Starting at $22/hrWeekly Pay + Monthly Bonus Incentive

Responsibilities

Perform visual quality inspections on all items loaded and unloaded.Stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers safely.Verify banding and visible load tags on units, ensuring no broken or missing straps.Ensure units and truck counts are accurate on trailers/carriers and that all paperwork is correct.Follow all safety and company policies, and report any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.Complete monthly online safety training as assigned.Attend work regularly and predictably, demonstrating exemplary attendance.Work flexible or extended hours as needed.Handle rolls safely according to company rules and training.Assist operators in peeling and prepping damaged rolls and ensure they are not returned to roll stock.Unload trucks or railcars, following all paperwork and processes as required.

Essential Skills

Experience operating clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts.Proficiency with RF scanners.Knowledge of warehouse and forklift operations.Experience in warehouse organization and stock rotation.
