**Job Title: 3** **rd** **Shift Single Facer Machine Operator** **Location: Fullerton, CA 92831** **Pay Rate: $31.68 Hourly** **What’s in it for you?** + Full time hours + **Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday with OT** + **3** **rd** **Shift 9:30pm- 6:00am** + **Overtime is mandatory 4 hours before or after the shift (12 hr shifts)- working 6 days a week** + Location: Fullerton, CA + Temporary to hire, based on performance + Option to take free college courses and skills training **What is the job?** + **Responsible for the efficient operation of the single facer section, ensuring quality output and minimal downtime.** + **Operate and maintain the MFA/MFB single facer section of the corrugator line to produce quality single face board.** + Monitor temperature, pressure, glue application, and web alignment for consistent output. + Perform set-ups, adjustments, and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation and minimize waste. + Coordinate with the double backer and wet-end crew to maintain production flow. + Inspect material for defects and verify board specs according to job orders. + Complete production logs, downtime reports, and quality checks as required. + Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate to maintenance if necessary. + Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and hazard-free. **What you bring to the job?** + **3+ years of prior RECENT experience operating a Single Phaser (MFA or MFB preferred) in a corrugated manufacturing facility is required** . + Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of corrugator operations. + Familiarity with quality control checks and manufacturing specs. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. + Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. + Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen + High School diploma or GED + Able to work in a loud/noisy, hot, dusty, greasy, and high-volume environment Are you Interested?
