3rd Shift CNC Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator to work independently on 3rd shift in our precision machining facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously and producing high‑quality parts from setup through completion.

Schedule:

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AMOvertime as neededTraining: 1 week on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC or manual machinesRead and interpret blueprints and job specificationsInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMaintain production and inspection recordsPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshootingEnsure quality standards and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machine operating experienceAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or GED preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of UNION, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
