3rd Shift Assembly Associate
Manufacturing Facility | Overnight Shift

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our 3rd shift (overnight) production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable work with competitive pay and growth potential in a manufacturing environment.

Shift:
• 3rd Shift (Overnight)
• Schedule may include Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday

Pay:
• $18.00/hour to start
• $20.10/hour after hire-in
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble parts and products according to written and verbal instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Meet production, quality, and safety goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Qualifications (Required):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness and ability to work overnight hours

Preferred (Not Required):
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
