**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will be responsible for managing materials utilizing sit-down propane and electrical forklifts. You will play a vital role in loading and unloading, moving raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring smooth material flow within the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate sit-down propane and electrical forklifts to handle materials.
+ Load and unload materials efficiently.
+ Move raw materials and finished goods within the facility.
+ Lift and handle wrapping rolls, weighing up to 50 pounds.
**Essential Skills**
+ Sit-down forklift experience.
+ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
+ Basic computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in general labor and production environments.
+ Familiarity with GMP standards.

**Work Environment**
This position operates during the 3rd shift from 6:55 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating shifts. You will work in a PPE environment, requiring hairnets, steel-toed shoes, and protective eyewear. Be prepared to stand all day in a 90,000 sq ft facility equipped with 15 extrusion lines and 2 labeling lines. Our team values recognition and posts accomplishments on a wall for all to see.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Itasca, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
