**Job Title: Inventory Coordinator** **Location:** San Leandro, CA **Job Type:** Contract **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM **Overview** We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Inventory Coordinator** to support inventory accuracy and transaction integrity within a highly structured environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data consistency between our internal systems and external logistics partners through proactive issue resolution and precise documentation. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform manual inventory transactions between Oracle and our 3PL, including adjustments and PO receipts. + Investigate inventory discrepancies and support variance resolution across systems. + Assist with troubleshooting EDI issues affecting inventory flow. + Relay accurate inventory counts to the floor inventory team when inconsistencies are identified. + Ensure meticulous data entry and system alignment across WMS, ERP, and reporting platforms. **Essential Skills** + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data entry, formulas). + Familiarity with WMS platforms and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle). + Experience managing purchase orders and transactional records. + Comfortable navigating Outlook and digital communication tools. **Qualifications** + 2–3 years in an inventory coordination or data-centric warehouse role. + Strong grasp of warehouse operations, inventory workflows, and reporting cycles. + Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a system-driven environment with minimal physical stock interaction. **Why Join Us** **Become part of a collaborative team that values precision, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
