Welder – 3G MIG/Flux Core 1st Shift 1st Shift $26-32.00 We are seeking a skilled 3G Welder with strong MIG and Flux Core experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate advanced welding equipment, perform high-quality welds, and help eliminate scrap, rework, and downtime. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and customer specifications, while consistently demonstrating safe work practices and a commitment to continuous improvement.
