Our client, a leader in Medical Device Manufacturing, is seeking a 3D Model Finisher to join their team. As a 3D Model Finisher, you will be part of the Digital Engineering (DE) Department supporting the 3D Printing & Prototyping Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. A quick snapshot of the role: 🔹 Title: 3D Model Finisher 🔹 Pay: $21/hour 🔹 Type: 12 month Contract to hire 🔹 Location: Tempe, AZ 🔹Environment: 3D Printing Lab 🔹 8 hours/day, M-F, flexible on times – could start 7:00 am, 8:00. 9:00 **Key Responsibilities** + Will be working in a 3D Printing lab and work as a 3D model finisher – these are medical part prototypes + Will do the post processing of 3D printed parts: take parts off printer, sand, clean, hand finish **Who we are seeking:** + Looking for someone wanting to be a technician and grow in that role + Someone who has good attention to detail and good at following instructions + Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and performing hands-on, detailed work. Will provide PPE. + High School diploma or AS degree at the most. Do not want anyone pursuing engineer work or engineer degree + Someone not afraid to speak up and ask questions. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Candidates do not need any 3D printing experience – will be trained on the job).
