**Our client, a leader in wire and cable distribution, is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator/Wire Spooler & Forklift Operator to join their team.** As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Distribution Warehouse team supporting operational excellence and premier customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Operator – Wire Spooler & Forklift Operator **Location:** New Berlin, WI **Pay Range:** $17.00/hour **What’s the Job?** + Operate small and large (TULSA) respooling machines to convert inventory into customer-ready products. + Use SAP software and tools (RF Scanner, Caliper, micrometer) to validate orders and materials. + Safely operate forklifts including cherry picker, stand-up reach truck, and sit-down models. + Prepare packaging and ensure unused product is returned to inventory. + Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area in accordance with 5S standards. **What’s Needed?** + Previous machine operation or production experience. + Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. + Own transportation (not located on a bus line). + Strong work ethic and long-term, permanent-minded attitude. + Positive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn. **What’s in it for me?** + Temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours. + Paid training and weekly pay. + Clean and safe work environment. + Free training and college tuition program. + Access to medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and career support.
