2nd Shift Welding Supervisor

Job Description

This role requires supervising a team of 7-8 employees while performing TIG welding on stainless steel connectors 75% of the time. The position involves welding various sizes for HVAC and LPH NH3 systems, ranging from a diameter of a quarter inch to 20 inches, and lengths from 6 inches to 20 feet. You will tackle complex pieces and conduct quality checks on the work of other employees.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage a team of 7-8 employees on the 2nd shift.Perform TIG welding on stainless steel connectors, focusing on complex pieces.Conduct quality checks on welds performed by other employees.Adapt leadership style to accommodate varying personalities and needs within the team.Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of TIG welding experience.At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.Ability to train on the 1st shift for at least 30 days.Experience in a manufacturing weld shop environment.Strong communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
