Temp-to-Hire position$23.75 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Saturday from 04:00pm to 02:30am)Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructionsSet up and adjust welding equipment as neededInspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaMeet production goals while following safety procedures2nd Shift Welder Qualifications:
Previous MIG welding experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs plusReliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shiftApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
