**Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role includes breaking down boxes, performing janitorial duties, and occasionally assisting with shipping tasks such as order pulling and preparing items for shipment. **Responsibilities** + Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and common areas. + Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly. + Break down cardboard boxes and manage recycling. + Assist with pulling orders accurately based on pick lists. + Help pack and prepare shipments for delivery. + Support warehouse team during peak shipping periods. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when assisting in warehouse. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. + Basic understanding of shipping processes is helpful. + Ability to speak, read, and write English. + Must be able to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. + Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in warehouse or janitorial work is a plus. + Comfortable with moving in a fast-paced environment as well as working individually (self-motivated). **Why Work Here?** Once employees go direct, they receive a $0.50 increase and will be trained on forklift operations, leading to an extra dollar. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. **Work Environment** The noise level in the work environment is usually high due to forklifts and machines operating. The shift is from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime of up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. Dress code includes wearing a plain shirt, jeans without holes, and closed-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
