Our client, a leading logistics and storage organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and stockroom activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker 3
**Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI
**Pay Range:** Competitive hourly rate based on experience
**Shift:** 2nd Shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Receive and count stock items, recording data manually or using computer systems
+ Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards
+ Verify inventory counts by comparing physical stock with records, investigating discrepancies or correcting errors
+ Store items in an organized and accessible manner within warehouse facilities
+ Mark stock items with identification tags, stamps, or labeling equipment to ensure proper identification
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 5-7 years of relevant warehouse or stockroom experience
+ Knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures, and safety regulations related to warehouse operations
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team and pay close attention to detail
