Job Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee all production activities during the shift, managing a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in HVAC production, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings. The machines and assembly area are located within the warehouse. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere where everyone is treated like family, with fun holiday parties and employee appreciation events. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 2:30 pm to 1 am.

This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
