Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician who is proficient in blueprint familiarity and skilled in using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators. Knowledge of CMM is advantageous, but not mandatory. The role requires starting at 5:30 PM to align with our production team, which begins at 7 PM, for first-piece inspections.

ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.Familiarize with and interpret blueprints accurately.Conduct quality inspections and assurance tasks.Collaborate with the production team for first-piece inspections.Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results.Essential SkillsProficiency in blueprint reading.Ability to read digital micrometers and calipers.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is a plus.Why Work Here

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
