**Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Worker - Weekly Pay** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team where you will utilize a variety of tools including screwdrivers, hand tools, tweezers, wrenches, ratchets, drills, crimpers, and other measuring devices, with occasional microscope work. You will be cross-trained in multiple stations and departments, rotating daily to become proficient in different processes. This role requires great hand dexterity, an understanding of measurements, mechanical and electromechanical assemblies, and a preference for soldering skills. You will regularly lift up to 25 pounds, work overtime, and thrive in a team environment. **Responsibilities** + Conduct taping and masking of parts on printed circuit boards to prepare for various coating processes. + Perform manual labeling and printing of labels, assisting in various departmental tasks. + Form and inspect component leads as per documentation and IPC workmanship standards using prep machines and hand tools. + Assemble and insert components into printed circuit boards based on verbal and written instructions, inspecting parts prior to assembly and rejecting defective ones. + Perform quality inspections at each stage to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards. + Understand test processes in a contract manufacturing environment and build and test assemblies/products. + Assemble materials into product cartons, stock assembly lines, apply labels, collate materials, and complete assembly assignments following oral instructions and package samples. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools. + Ability to follow work instructions accurately. + Skill in labeling and sub-assembly processes. + Experience with electronic assembly and packaging. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of general assembly or manufacturing experience. + Effective communication skills in English. + Capability to identify and apply small components in confined spaces without damage. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a reputable company that has recently won a bid for a large project.
