**Job Title:** Production Helper **Department:** Production 2nd shift **Summary** We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the production department operating machinery, monitoring production lines, inspecting product. **Schedule** + **Workdays:** 2nd Shift-Monday–SundayShift Hours: 5:00PM--2AM + 7:00PM- 7:00AM **Pay** + $10.00 P/H **Key Responsibilities** + Feed raw materials into machinery. + Assemble goods on production lines. + Monitor the production process. + Carry out basic quality and testing checks. + Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse. + Pack goods for shipping. **Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in a production/ produce environment preferred. + Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods. + Basic understanding of safety standards and equipment usage. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Good communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. + Ability to work independently or in a team setting. + Fast learner and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand for long periods. + Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20-30 lbs. as needed. + Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations.
