**Job Title: 2nd Shift Order Picker** 2nd shift operates Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 12 AM Train on 1st shift Job Description We are seeking an experienced Order Pickers to operate Raymond Cherry Picker during our 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse functions, including hand picking, packing, processing, and unloading trailers. This role offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse activities, ensuring a diverse and engaging work experience. Responsibilities + Pull orders using an order picker and prepare them for shipping/packing. + Load and unload trucks, ensuring all paperwork is properly filled out. + Maintain inventory control and pack orders for small parcel shipments. + Record parcel deliveries and deliver them to the appropriate department. + Assist with receiving responsibilities and supply raw materials to departments. + Maintain the physical condition of all equipment and assist other operators in a team environment. + Follow all company policies and procedures, including inspection processes to ensure quality. + General housekeeping practices throughout the warehouse and manufacturing operations. + Work overtime as needed, including weekends and additional duties as assigned by management. Essential Skills + 1+ year of order picking or cherry picker experience. + 3+ years of warehouse experience. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders. + Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts. + Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs frequently and perform various physical tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED. + Experience with packaging, shipping labels, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Why Work Here?
