Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in heavy-duty equipment components, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Assembler to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Operator you will be part of the Production Department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills, which will help you succeed within the organization.
**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Machine Operator / P&A Structures
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Pay Range:** up to $20/hour
**Shift:** Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 230 AM, with overtime on Fridays
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble products or components as part of a team, ensuring quality and accuracy
+ Operate machinery such as punches, drills, bends, rolls, or crops metal stock to fabricate snowplow parts
+ Follow detailed specifications to maintain product quality standards
+ Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
+ Complete tasks efficiently to meet production goals
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
+ Dependable and flexible team player
+ Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
+ Basic reading, writing, measuring, and math skills
+ High school diploma or GED
