Job Description
Join our dynamic food production team as a 2nd Shift Mixer, where you will receive both initial and ongoing training across various processing rooms, including 6-pass, 1-pass, Dry Room, and Corn Room. Your role will involve accurately assembling ingredients, following blending sheet instructions, and maintaining a strong food safety culture in line with cGMPs.
ResponsibilitiesCorrectly and accurately assemble all ingredients and record on production paperwork.Follow step-by-step instructions on blending sheets.Maintain food safety culture regarding food defense, quality, and cGMPs.Utilize and calibrate scales accurately.Stack boxes orderly for palletizing.Read and understand product codes and lot numbers.Operate equipment belts, Swecos, Comils, and metal detectors.Perform CCP checks and document any non-compliance issues.Conduct quality checks to ensure product matches sight standards.Trained and certified in stand-up forklift operation.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months mixing experience in a food production environment.Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.Proficiency in food production, food manufacturing, and food safety practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in batch mixing, labeling, and bagging.Knowledge of food handling and sealing procedures.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
