2nd Shift MIG Welders – $25/hr

Location: North Charleston, SC

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our growing fabrication team on 2nd shift. This position offers the opportunity to work with newer equipment in a well-designed weld cell layout while contributing to the production of high-quality assemblies. Job Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on prefabricated assemblies with precision and efficiencySet up welding machines independently for various processes and material thicknessesOperate fabrication equipment including plate rollers, saws, pipe rollers, and drill pressesFabricate and weld complex assemblies directly from blueprintsRead and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy in productionMaintain tools, equipment, and work area to company standards

Qualifications

Proficiency in GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding processesAbility to operate fabrication equipment such as plate rollers, saws, pipe rollers, and drill pressesStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to fabricate complex assemblies without supervisionExperience reading and interpreting blueprintsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled fabrication shop environment

This role is based in a fabrication shop that is non-climate controlled. Candidates should be comfortable working in hot conditions and committed to maintaining safety standards.
