**Job Title: 2nd Shift Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join our team to perform mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components. You will work both independently and collaboratively within specified work areas to complete OEM assemblies. Your role includes reading and following entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions to build and assemble parts and equipment accurately and promptly. You will also measure parts accurately using scales, micrometers, and calipers, and utilize overhead crane and rigging procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.
+ Work independently and in teams to complete OEM assemblies.
+ Read and follow blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions.
+ Measure parts accurately using scales, micrometers, and calipers.
+ Utilize overhead crane and rigging procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in reading and assembling sub-assemblies and mid-assemblies from 2D and 3D prints.
+ Experience using rigging equipment.
+ Ability to work independently with limited training.
+ Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
+ Experience in machine building.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or equivalent education.
+ Strong mathematical skills for metric system conversions.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
+ Knowledge and use of hand tools and machine tools such as drill press, band saw, cut-off saw.
+ Good oral and written communication skills for interaction with employees.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Environment**
Our growing company offers upward mobility, with 2nd shift hours from 2pm to 10pm and overtime available. Work in a clean and well-lit facility, focusing on new equipment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Vision Reimbursement: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment
Life and AD&D: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment
Personal Days: Effective immediately, you are eligible for three (3) personal days. Unused personal days can be
carried over year to year up to a maximum of 15 days. Any hours earned in excess of 15 days are
paid out annually.
Holidays: We provide ten (10) paid holidays per year.
401k Retirement Plan: You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan upon completion of 30
days of eligible service. We offer a traditional pre-tax 401k plan as well as a Roth 401k plan.
compensation under the Roth 401k plan.
401k Employer Match: If you make salary deferrals to the plan, the Company will make a safe
harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the amount you contribute up to 4%.
