**Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial machinery. The candidate should be proficient in working with 480V systems and familiar with blueprints, hydraulics, and pneumatics. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery. + Work with 480V systems and be familiar with blueprints, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Perform tool changes, die cleaning, and grade own rejects. + Stack profiles on carts or bundle in boxes ensuring profiles are properly stacked or packaged. + Verify piece count for carts and boxes. + Monitor extrusion rate and profile configuration. + Maintain supply of compound staged at machine. + Assist in moving carts when necessary. + Responsible for cleaning profiles when necessary. + Work in the tool honing department, cleaning up used tooling and refinishing it for reuse or repair. **Essential Skills** + Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery. + Experience with 480V systems. + Familiarity with blueprints, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Competence in performing preventative maintenance and machine operation. + Strong troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read, write, and understand English for effective communication. + Basic math skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity. The environment is clean and typical for manufacturing, prioritizing safety and employee well-being. Breaks are not official, and employees must inform supervisors to cover their lines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plum, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
