Job Description

Operate and maintain food mixing, blending, and packaging machinery to support a food manufacturing facility. Ensure adherence to established safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies and procedures. Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine quality and productivity.

ResponsibilitiesOperate food mixing, blending, and packaging machinery.Set up and troubleshoot packaging machines and lines.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments.Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity to standards.Regulate machine flow or speed.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.Essential Skills3+ years of mixing, blending, and packaging machine operator experience.Ability to complete changeovers on machinery.GMP and understanding.Mechanically inclined.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to assist maintenance team with PMs and minor troubleshooting of machinery.Experience with production, machine operation, packaging, and powder coating.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a GMP environment with gravity-fed high-speed packaging equipment, predominantly handling dry goods such as powders. Enjoy well-lit, spacious facilities with potential for expansion. First Shift: 5:30am - 4:30pm; Second Shift: 4:00pm - 3:30am.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
