Located just steps from the Capitol and minutes from UW–Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Housekeeper to maintain the hotel’s public areas and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

What You’ll Do

Clean and sanitize public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevatorsVacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust surfaces, and polish fixtures throughout the propertyEmpty trash receptacles and ensure recycling procedures are followedRestock supplies in public and employee areas as neededMaintain and secure cleaning equipment at the end of each shiftRespond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests from hotel staff or guestsReport safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns to your supervisor or manager on dutyFollow all safety, key control, and uniform standardsSupport deep cleaning projects and special overnight assignments as directed
