Join our team as an Armor Edge Sprayer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. This position involves applying protective coatings to table edges, meticulously removing excess product, and inspecting finished goods. We are looking for self-motivated individuals eager to expand their skills and advance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesApply a protective coating to the edges of tables.Scrape excess product off the edges to ensure a clean finish.Conduct visual inspections of finished products for quality assurance.Participate in cross-training to learn various stages of the manufacturing process.Handle and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Utilize a tape measure and other tools as needed.Essential SkillsGeneral labor and production experience.6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.Ability to stand for 10 hours.Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & Qualifications Construction experience is beneficial.Experience in spraying coatings is advantageous.At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment and Pay
Work the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay starts at $21/hr, with a $1 raise after four months. The production environment is clean but can become warm or hot during the summer months and occasionally dusty due to wood products. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and leather lace-up shoes, which do not need to be steel-toed.
