**Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products safely and efficiently. A key component of this position is the use of swing-reach forklifts, which will be utilized 95% of the time. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. + Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products as needed. + Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures. + Assist in additional duties as required to support warehouse operations. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 1-year experience operating swing-reach forklifts, with 1-2 years preferred. + Previous forklift certification is required. + Must be willing to commit fully in December, including weekends, to support Q4 Burst. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts is beneficial. + Completion of CTDI Forklift Safety Training during the first 1-3 days of employment. **Why Work Here?** Upon permanent hire, employees enjoy a structured pay increase plan, with a $0.50 raise and continuing with a $0.10 raise monthly, totaling an extra $1.20 per hour annually. The role operates on a 2nd shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime. The facility maintains a metal-free policy for safety and operational efficiency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Lewisville, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
