**Forklift Operator & Pallet Sorter (1st and 2nd Shift)** **Purpose of the Role** Join our fast-paced operations team where precision, safety, and performance drive success. As a Forklift Operator & Pallet Sorter, you’ll be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment and hand-sorting pallets based on manufacturer, quality, and grade. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us meet production goals and maintain high standards. **Key Responsibilities** **🚧 Safety & Compliance** + Operate forklifts and other equipment in strict accordance with safety protocols. + Follow all company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures without exception. **📦 Pallet Sorting & Inspection** + Hand-sort pallets quickly and accurately based on manufacturer, quality, and grade. + Visually inspect pallets and identify repair needs using established criteria. + Ensure sorted pallets meet quality standards before moving to the next stage. **🚜 Forklift Operation** + Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload pallets and materials. + Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly. + Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization as needed. **📈 Production & Performance** + Meet and sustain daily production and quality targets. + Work efficiently in a production-driven environment with minimal supervision. + Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership. **🤝 Teamwork & Culture** + Collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment. + Uphold company mission and values in all interactions and tasks. **General Requirements** + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the shift. + Comfortable with repetitive motions including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting. + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Forklift certification preferred ManpowerGroup recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
