Warehouse Forklift Operator (Entry-Level)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate stand‑up reach forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and stage products throughout the warehouse and loading areas. This position plays a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.
What You’ll DoPick, move, and stage product in dry goods and refrigerated warehouse areasAccurately complete pick tickets and record product details such as labels, lot codes, and locationsPlace finished goods into proper rack locations or blast cellsBuild pallets using correct stacking and pallet patternsStage completed orders and load trailers for shipmentRotate stock, unload inbound trailers, and transfer finished goods into inventoryPick and transfer product to and from racking for project roomsPerform inventory counts, consolidation, and product organization as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needsFollow all safety, security, and quality standardsParticipate in employee committees when assignedEquipment UsedStand‑up reach forkliftPallet jackElectric hand truckAdditional material handling equipment as neededRequired QualificationsForklift certificationAbility to obtain a valid Class C license within 6 months of hire (up to three attempts allowed)Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishStrong attention to safety and detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDClean driving recordOne year of warehouse or material‑handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in a food manufacturing environmentBasic mechanical aptitudeAdditional DetailsExperience Level: Entry Level

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
