2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician - Industrial Maintenance & Repair

 

5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment/fabrication maintenance, repair, and two/three/four-phase electrical wiring, along with TIG Aluminum proficiency is a requirement Must be able to work around common food allergens Second shift: 1 PM – 9 PM(minimal overtime, fully paid) Pay is $33 to $38 per hour depending on experience (top of range includes PLC skills) plus a $3/hour shift premium Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder No remote as this is a 100% onsite position Full-time, permanent, W-2 employee Full benefits Located in the Brookfield, Wisconsin area

 

This growing food manufacturer is looking to hire a full time, permanent 2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician - Industrial Maintenance & Repair. The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment Install and upgrade machinery and equipment to support production efficiency, safety, and reliability standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory protocols, including food safety guidelines

 

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

5 years of industrial machine and fabrication maintenance, troubleshooting and repair as well as TIG Aluminum experience Possess the ability to wire two-phase, three-phase and four-phase electric Possess the ability to work weekdays from 1 pm to 9 pm plus minimal overtime Possess a solid work history Being a US citizen or green card holder Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
