Temp-to-Hire position$16.85 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 10:30pm)Operate production equipment and follow established processes to apply protective coatings to parts.Load, unload, and visually inspect parts before and after coating to ensure quality standards are met.Perform routine quality checks and follow written work instructions throughout the production cycle.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.Communicate any production issues, equipment concerns, or material needs to the shift supervisor.2nd Shift Coating Line Operator Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).No high school diploma or prior manufacturing experience required; training provided for all tasks.Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift in a fast?paced production environment.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
