This role requires strong attention to detail, technical ability, and the skill to maintain equipment while parts are in process. The ideal candidate is dependable, career-minded, and experienced in working with CNC mills in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:Set up CNC milling machines for production runs based on work instructions & blueprintsLoad materials, change tooling, and verify proper machine operation before and during runsMonitor parts in process to ensure quality and accurate specificationsPerform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues as neededMaintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety proceduresQualifications and Requirements:Previous experience operating and setting up CNC millsStrong computer, technical, and machine interface skillsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityCareer-minded attitude and willingness to learn and growBenefits and Perks:Competitive pay rateMedical, dental, and vision benefitsHolidaysTraining & growth opportunities
