**Job Title: 2nd Shift Cleanroom Tech**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a cleanroom tech assembler to work on our production line, dedicated to supplying surgical one-time-use items, instruments, and kits for hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Count, cut, measure, fold, or modify raw materials according to directions in the Device Master Record, and complete necessary inspections and documentation as per QS and GMP policies.
+ Perform on-line inspection of each device as it is produced and report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
+ Seal products in final packaging configuration, ensuring proper procedures and machine settings are followed.
+ Prepare packaged work in progress for sterilization and complete documentation and control numbers as per QS and GMP.
+ Maintain proper inventory control procedures, including product staging, segregation, and rotation.
+ Perform and document scheduled facility cleaning as per QS.
+ Adhere to cleanroom etiquette and perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Production Supervisor.
+ Communicate and collaborate effectively with production, purchasing, quality, and management to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
+ Meet objectives of the quality management system and suggest improvements as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong attention to detail and motivation to work.
+ Proven team leader capabilities.
+ Ability to operate basic production equipment.
+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred 1 year of experience in cleanroom, medical assembly, or warehouse.
+ Ability to work as a team with all personnel to achieve company goals.
+ Provide insightful and enthusiastic leadership to create a positive attitude and build company morale.
+ Identify improvements and modifications to departmental procedures.

**Work Environment**
Work in a cleanroom setting with four employees in a new department. Cleanroom gear is required (scrubs, white coat, gloves, hair net, no makeup, jewelry, eyelashes, or nails). The environment is predominantly Spanish-speaking; basic English is necessary for reading work orders and communicating with auditors or supervisors. The role involves the 2nd Shift Prep Assembly from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities on weekdays or Saturdays. Set breaks are provided after four hours of the shift, and employees can drink water or use the bathroom with lead approval due to ungowning and regowning requirements.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Placentia, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
